A blend of four white grape varieties, co-fermented at the precise moment of optimal ripeness, Daisy opens with gorgeous aromas of grapefruit, lychee, licorice and summer flowers, framed by a flinty minerality. The palate delivers an intriguing interplay between rich, ripe notes and a firm acid backbone.

The lots used for this wine are aged for 11 months in up to 15% new French oak. The nose offers sweet cherry fruit and forest underbrush, with food-friendly acidity and structure on the palate, and a floral perfume in the mouth and finish.

This Chardonnay is a warm and sunny wine. Green melon and Golden Delicious apple aromas follow through to the palate, and are enhanced by just a touch of oak.

Inviting aromas of boysenberry damson, plum ripe figs and a hint of toffee are present in the bouquet. This medium bodied wine features notes of currant pomegranate cocoa and a raspberry black tea finish.
